Terms of Service

Effective date: 10 November 2025. These Terms govern your organization’s access to and use of SpecVocTrainKB products, including the knowledge base, immersive labs, APIs, and support channels. By accessing the services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

1. Eligibility & accounts

SpecVocTrainKB services are provided to organizational clients. Account administrators must ensure all users are authorized and comply with internal security policies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activities conducted under your accounts.

3. Confidentiality & data processing

Both parties will protect confidential information using reasonable security measures. Data processing is governed by executed agreements, and SpecVocTrainKB acts as processor or controller according to jurisdictional requirements. We maintain audit trails and encryption as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

SpecVocTrainKB retains ownership of the platform, documentation, and derivative works. Clients retain rights to their own data. Limited, non-transferable licenses are granted for the duration of the subscription or contract term.

5. Service levels & support

We target 99.5% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events. Support response windows are defined in the Master Services Agreement. Clients must provide secure contact details to enable rapid incident communications.

6. Term & termination

Contracts renew per agreed billing cycles unless either party provides written notice. Breach of Terms may result in suspension. Upon termination, clients may export their data and we will delete hosted records per the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

SpecVocTrainKB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid during the preceding twelve months, except for cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or infringement claims.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws specified in your Master Services Agreement. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts as agreed contractually.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Material updates will be communicated to account administrators at least 30 days in advance.
